Złotów otrzymał pierwszą nagrodę w konkurs "Najlepiej zagospodarowana przestrzeń publiczna w Wielkopolsce". Wszystko dzięki zagospodarowaniu terenu rekreacyjno-wypoczynkowego przy ulicy Promykowej, gdzie powstały ogrody tematyczne. Burmistrz Złotowa Adam Pulit nie krył, że niemal od początku realizacji tego projektu niemal wszystko wskazywało na to, że będzie to coś wielkiego.
