ZŁOTÓW. Będzie nowe rondo. Ma być znacznie bezpieczniej

Koniec niebezpiecznych zdarzeń na skrzyżowaniu Nieznanego Żołnierza i Bohaterów Westerplatte w Złotowie? Wiele na to wskazuje. Pod koniec wakacji ma się tam pojawić nowe rondo.

W przeszłości na tym skrzyżowaniu dochodziło do niebezpiecznych zdarzeń. Tylko kilka ostatnich lat przyniosło kilkanaście takich groźnych sytuacji, w których ucierpieli nie tylko kierowcy, ale także piesi i rowerzyści. Władze miasta Złotowa podjęły więc decyzję o zmianie organizacji ruchu w tym miejscu. 

- Zamieniamy tą formę organizacji ruchu w rondo. Lustra i inne rozwiązania się tam nie sprawdzają - powiedział burmistrz Złotowa Adam Pulit. - Będą tam także znaczne ułatwienia dla rowerzystów i pieszych. Bardzo mocno skupiliśmy się na tym, by pokonywali te bariery - dodał. 

Całość prac będzie kosztować 1,4 miliona złotych, a zadanie ma się zakończyć za mniej więcej pięć miesięcy. To oznacza, że prawdopodobnie już pod koniec wakacji zostanie oddane do użytku jedenaste rondo w Złotowie.
