Burmistrz Łomianek zawiadomiła prokuraturę, że przewodniczący rady miejskiej mimo jej kilkakrotnych wniosków nie zwołał sesji rady wiosną 2020 roku. Przerwa w obradach zaczęła się w marcu, następnie przewodniczący zwołał sesję na 17 kwietna, ale po otwarciu obrad złożył oświadczenie o braku kworum i przełożył posiedzenie na koniec czerwca 2020 roku.
