W Zwierzyńcu wystartowała ścinka drzew

Na terenie Zwierzyńca wraz z początkiem tygodnia rozpoczęły się prace związane z wycinką drzew. Ma ona potrwać aż do końca lutego.

W Zwierzyńcu wystartowała ścinka drzew

Zapowiedź zbliżającej się wycinki otrzymaliśmy już jakiś czas temu, gdy na drzewach pojawiły się charakterystyczne pomarańczowe znaki. W ten sposób znakowano drzewa, które wkrótce zostaną ścięte. 

- Podczas oględzin leśników zostały wyznaczone do wycięcia drzewa niebezpieczne i zagrażające (szczególnie w sąsiedztwie ścieżek), osłabione i zaatakowane przez patogeny oraz te, które ograniczają wzrost i rozwój sąsiednich drzew - tłumaczą przedstawiciele Nadleśnictwa Złotów. 

Wycinka wystartowała w poniedziałek 11 stycznia, a jeśli wszystko pójdzie zgodnie z planem zakończy się pod koniec lutego. W tym czasie będzie obowiązywał zakaz wstępu do niektórych części parku. 

- W trosce o bezpieczeństwo prosimy o rozważne korzystanie ze ścieżek i stosowanie się do tymczasowych zakazów wstępu. Jest to niezwykle ważne, szczególnie w naszym ulubionym kompleksie leśnym, który jest tak chętnie odwiedzany przez złotowian - apelują leśnicy.
